A Georgia O’Keeffe coffee table book based on the simplicity of color and form in her paintings. Graphically, I focused on complimenting opposed to overpowering her pieces. To do this, I used gray for the body copy and hints of color pulled directly from her art for the dates and titles. I used a curved, sans serif for my typographic system based on the smooth, organic shapes found in her paintings. I also utilized white space as an additional element to help the works breathe and to balance the pages, to give them a soft feel.
